To Reduce Email Overload -
1. unsubscribe from mailing lists that you delete their emails without reading them.
2. Next delete any junk emails.
3. Then create a pending folder & move emails you want to read "later" to that folder (Periodically go through this folder & read, file or delete)
4. What's left are the emails that really matter, & that is probably about 25% of what originally came into your inbox.
